🎯 Purpose of the Drill

The initiative is designed to:

Test real-time cyber incident response capabilities
Improve coordination among national institutions
Strengthen defense mechanisms for critical infrastructure
Build awareness and readiness against evolving cyber threats

NCSA emphasized that this drill will play a vital role in safeguarding Bangladesh’s digital ecosystem, particularly in high-risk sectors like banking and national infrastructure.

National Cyber Drill 2026 shows that Bangladesh is working hard to go from planning for cybersecurity to being ready for real threats. By involving banks and financial groups in a joint exercise, this effort plans to find weak spots before hackers can.

This drill will not only help to increase knowledge but also improve teamwork, enhance how they respond to incidents, and boost the security standards of the country’s most important areas.
