The Assistant Manager (Administration) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Anower hosan fled to Canada without the permission of the authorities. Besides, the commercial supervisor of the company Sohan Ahmed is missing. Biman MD Shafiul Azim confirmed the matter on Tuesday (January 16).
Biman’s Managing Director said, they have important software and information of Biman Bangladesh Airlines. He fears that there may be a big loss through those two officials, including information smuggling. Legal action has been taken against them.

Shafiul Azim said, Md. Anwar Hossain fled to Canada. Sohan Ahmed is in the country.
He also said that measures are being taken so that no one can escape to Canada using the plane. And there is a danger of smuggling important information about Biman’s policy plan and ticket sales through anyone who has joined a private airline without following the rules.
A general diary was made against them at the airport police station on Monday (January 15) in this incident. It is said that on December 7, Assistant Manager (Administration) Anwar Hussain on Biman’s BG-305 flight from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport without the permission of the authorities fled to Canada. Biman’s commercial supervisor Sohan Ahmed has been absconding since October 24.
The General Diary (GD) also said that these two fugitive officials have information on various aircraft contracts, RI policies and software. There is a fear that they will smuggle information. If such happen Biman Bangladesh Airlines may face a big loss and risk.
