SpaceX-ICT division meeting: pilot program will start soon

Meanwhile, Post and Telecommunication Minister Mustafa Jabbar said that Star Link Internet is being down-linked subject to experimental approval. He said that BTRC has given tentative approval to test the device. We are testing the functionality of devices at various location. Then we will decide whether we will use it or not.

Earlier, ICT State Minister Zunayted Ahmed Palak said that the internet speed and connection was stable at 150 Mbps during the device’s test by placing the antenna on the roof of the ICT division.

After 3 months of testing, the ICT division may have an agreement with Starlink on how to use the internet in education, research and health.
