The agenda spans three days, with the first focused on defensive strategies (Blue Teaming Day), the second on offensive cyber security aspects (Red Team Day), and the third featuring a Capture The Flag (CTF) competition and the closing ceremony. The showstopper is Red Team Village, which will host the CTF competition powered by ThreatSims for the first time in Bangladesh. The preliminary round is accomplished, and 100 finalists will face the final round on the third day of the Phoenix Summit.

The summit will showcase a lineup of distinguished national and international speakers, ensuring a rich exchange of knowledge and experiences with 25 esteemed industry experts from the local and global community. Bangladeshi cyber security experts Almas Zaman, Jubayer Al Nazi, Prial Islam, Mehedi Hasan Remon, and a few others (yet to confirm) will also share their insights, making it a truly international affair.
