Muhammad Abul Kalam Azad, Head of Information Security at Eastern Bank PLC, provided practical advice on cyber safety in his session, “Cyber Safety Practice 101.”
Syed Mushfik Hasan Tahsin, Founder of Bug Bounty Community Bangladesh, introduced the concept of bug bounty hunting in his talk, “Bug Bounty 101,” while Md Sadikul Islam, Security Specialist at Beetles Cyber Security Ltd., presented on “Penetration Testing 101.” MD. Golam Rabbi, Security Researcher at Beetles Cyber Security Ltd., concluded with an engaging presentation on “Capture The Flag 101,” encouraging students to explore CTF competitions.
The Vice-Chancellor of UITS delivered the closing speech, praising RedSentry’s role in promoting cybersecurity awareness and acknowledging the contributions of local cybersecurity communities in developing Bangladesh’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
