As AI fuels in everything, cyber-criminal or bad actors also leverage the tools to intensify their attack path. Statistics shows nearly 30% of all reported scam victims globally started on social media platforms.
In case, when any social media related crime is investigated, it is, in final, difficult to sort out the real culprit behind it. Actually, at the time of creating such social pages, the person behind it wants to hide his identity to serve his purpose anonymously.
In that case, the law enforcement agency sent request the platform owners to provide the specified information but it depends on the policy the platform maintain. Some cases, only IP address is provided, no other else.
To solve the problem to a great extent, Bangladeshi startup named “Codonyx” build a Platform dubbed “Rapidlogx” which offers a complete solution of log management.

RapidLogX is an as essential tools for ISP operators to solve the core challenges of fragmentation, compliance complexity, and operational inefficiency through a unified, audit-ready, real-time logging system.
Bangladesh’s growing internet service provider (ISP) industry is facing challenges with managing and securing network logs. Operators often find it hard to keep logs in one place since they are spread out over routers, servers, CGNAT systems, and branch networks, making audits tough. Without a single dashboard, teams have to use many tools and raw log files, which slows them down. Many providers also struggle with meeting the rules because raw logs do not match the required BTRC report formats. Furthermore, searching through the huge amount of log data takes a lot of time, and weak protection for logs raises worries about data safety and tampering. Combining logs from different branches into one report makes it even more complicated for ISPs in Bangladesh.

RapidLogX is a new log management platform for ISPs in Bangladesh. It helps solve many problems with operations and rules that network operators face. The platform works with various ISP setups like MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, CGNAT systems, RADIUS/PPPoE servers, Linux and Windows servers, and multi-branch networks.
RapidLogX allows live tracking and monitoring. It can show sessions as it happens, find problems, and check for abuse. Its quick search engine helps admins easily find logs by using IP addresses, MAC addresses, PPPoE IDs, usernames, ports, branches, or devices.
The solution can automatically create BTRC-compliant reports, making it easier for ISPs to prepare for audits and meet regulations. A central dashboard gives a clear view of all branches, and features like secure storage and access controls help protect logs. RapidLogX is made for ISP needs and aims to improve log management for internet service providers in Bangladesh.
Indeed, RapidlogX records numerous datasets of end users through ISPs which actually helps to find out the real scammers.
Lirob Hasan, Tech lead, Codonyx said, Meta only provides the IP while the law enforcement agency requires, but Codonyx has the capability to provide around 20 dataset of the user which really help them to trace the scammers.

Md. Rejuwan Hossain Khan CTO, Codonyx said, the existing log management solution in some case has the limitations of log collection, process and finally output while need. On the other hand, Its time consuming.
Codonyx is doing a fantastic job here. It processes a billion of data within second and output the data as the user required. It is now used 32,000 users actively.
Adel Bin Mamun, Managing Director, Exabytes said, as per BTRC licensing condition, ISP must have the logs. On the other hand, being costly and shortage of storage, the number of ISPs who stored the log is limited. On top of that to maintain it the company faces huge infra and manpower, as a result some maintain, and others provide self-made/manipulated lox while required.
“We make solution considering price and simplicity. One single dashboard info is enough to make decision for an ISP, he added”.
As cybercrime changes with AI and secrecy, tools like RapidLogX are more important for ISPs and law enforcement agencies. The platform takes large network logs and makes them useful for investigations and rules in Bangladesh’s internet scene. Experts think these local innovations can help fight online scams and increase responsibility in cyberspace.
