Will be transaction tomorrow? When asked such a question, he said, we are looking at the news. I mean, I am looking at the government’s decision.

He also said, as far as I know, a website was actually hacked. If nothing else happens, then the transaction will be done tomorrow. The website will be opened before office time.

Sattik Ahmed said, not only DSE, Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) site is also closed. The same instructions have been given to them.

Yesterday, the government’s cyber issues watchdog BGD e-Gov CIRT released the Cyber Security Advisory. CIRT says that an abnormally increasing rate of cyber attacks has been observed in several web applications and databases in Bangladesh.

A review of the activities of hacker groups has shown that their main targets are to damage government web applications, steal sensitive information and attempt to disrupt services.

In this situation, it is necessary to ensure the cyber security of all the critical information infrastructure (CII) of the government, banks, financial institutions, healthcare institutions and public and private organizations.

To this end, CIRT has urged all organizations to strengthen cyber security management, update necessary patches, be alert to suspicious activity and ensure security in overall IT management.
