However, Google has denied the allegation and clarified that they do not share any user data with third party websites.
What is Google saying?
Google claims the $23 million it agreed to settle from the lawsuit is not an admission of wrongdoing. They claimed that this is only the amount of settling the case.
Now if you actually did a Google search during that period, you too could be entitled to a share of the $23 million.
Which users will get money?
If someone googles and clicks search between October 26, 2006 and September 30, 2013, you too can claim a share of that $23 million. Those who claim this amount will be called settlement class members. However, You do not have much time for this work. You have to decide by July 31 whether to ask for money from Google or not.

How to claim money?
Those who wish to claim compensation from Google should visit refererheadersettlement.com. The process is very simple. You have to go to the site and click on the Registration Form page and then give all the information for your Class Member ID.
You have to give email id in that registration form, your class member id will come in that email id. After these sub tasks are done you have to go to Submit Claim page. Only then your claim to get money from Google will be complete.
How much money can be claimed?
A large number of customers will be given a share of USD 23 million. According to multiple media reports, users can get $7.70 each.
However, you have to keep in mind that the settlement case is going to be finalized after 12 October. Only then will the money reach you.
