F5 aims to enhance ADSP with CalypsoAI features to create advanced firewalls and solutions for securing AI models and data flows. Traditional options “can’t keep up,” stated F5’s CEO François Locoh-Donou.
“AI is redefining enterprise architecture — and the attack surface companies must defend,” he said. “The addition of CalypsoAI will give enterprises the confidence to innovate faster and better protect critical data as they rely on F5 to deliver and secure apps, APIs, and AI models across their environment.”
F5 aims to help enterprises maintain control over AI models and data by leveraging CalypsoAI’s security features for enhanced flexibility and trust.
F5 is set to acquire all shares of CalypsoAI for $180 million. The deal is pending usual closing conditions and is expected to finalize in F5’s fourth fiscal year 2025, ending on Sept. 30.
